Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Paper Rocket, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our customized gifts. Because our products are uniquely created for you, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

1. CANCELLATIONS
  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Customized Orders: Once the design or production process has begun (usually after the 2-hour window), we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds, as the materials and labor are specific to your unique order.

2. RETURNS
  • Personalized Items: We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products (items featuring specific names, photos, or custom messages) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Non-Personalized Items: For ready-to-ship, non-customized items, returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We strive for perfection, but if we make a mistake, we will fix it.

  • Reporting: If your order arrives damaged, or if we have made an error in the customization (e.g., a spelling mistake on our part), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please email [Insert Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost or issue a store credit/refund.

4. REFUND PROCESS
  • Approved Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns of non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed by our team. We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind regarding the design or color chosen at the time of purchase.
