1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Because our products are handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, they require a production period before they are shipped.

  • Standard Customization: 2–4 business days.

  • Bulk or Complex Orders: 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Production begins only after the design/personalization details are finalized and payment is confirmed.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once your order leaves our studio, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to courier partner schedules or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above [Insert Amount].

4. TRACKING YOUR GIFT

Once your "Paper Rocket" has been launched (shipped), you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RE-ROUTING

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [2 or 3] times.

  • Failure to Deliver: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, an additional shipping fee will be charged for re-sending the order.

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

6. DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

We use premium packaging to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during transit, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. SERVICEABLE PINCODES

We ship across India. If your location is not serviceable by our standard partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.
